The customer, ICB, an IT company, faced the challenge of optimizing its office building's operations, automating routine tasks, and gathering key environmental metrics to improve efficiency and sustainability. To address this, they partnered with vendor InterConsult Bulgaria to implement a comprehensive digital twin of their building.

InterConsult Bulgaria developed a detailed digital twin using Unity and integrated it with a proprietary IoT engine. The solution connected numerous sensors to monitor and automate conditions like air quality, lighting, and parking, and even used machine learning for space detection. This allowed ICB to automatically control room environments, track server room conditions, and reduce manual processes, leading to a more efficient, greener building with lower operational costs.
