Interactive SPares implemented a turnkey software solution that automated spare parts management, standardized online ordering, and gave registered users access to machine information such as wiring diagrams, manuals, training videos, and updated catalogues. The project also created an e-commerce site for spare parts and streamlined processes across several departments, helping Pramac reduce management costs and improve its corporate image.
