Interactive SPares provided an open, ERP-integrated platform that streamlined the workflow for producing spare parts catalogues in both electronic and printed formats and automatically transferring orders into the management system. The solution also added a Multi-Brand feature so Palazzetti could manage four brands separately on the portal, each with its own logo, machines, and customers, improving efficiency and organization.
