EvoBus Italia S.p.A., part of the Daimler group, needed a centralized platform to support online sales of spare parts across Italy and other European branches, while also helping warehouse staff manage orders faster. Working with Interactive SPares, it aimed to modernize its spare parts catalogue and order process for the OMNIplus Online Parts initiative.
Interactive SPares implemented a web-based spare parts portal with SAP ERP data import, centralized order consolidation, warehouse management tools, and automatic tracking via the portal and email. EvoBus staff could update catalogues and promotional content after just one day of training, the platform was hosted externally so it did not affect in-house IT, and visitor numbers grew by 50% each month, boosting profits and encouraging additional spare parts purchases.
