Case Study: ESG streamlines spare parts catalogue management with Interactive SPares

A Interactive SPares Case Study

Preview of the ESG Case Study

ESG has chosen Interactive SPares

ESG, the US multinational group behind the Heil, Marathon, Bayne, and The Curotto-Can brands, needed a way to create, manage, and share spare parts catalogues online across multiple brands while keeping each brand’s customer access and catalogue content separate. ESG turned to Interactive SPares and its multi-brand extension to centralize spare parts management without losing brand differentiation.

Interactive SPares delivered a cloud-based portal with custom integrations to ESG’s JD Edwards ERP system, allowing all catalogues to be managed in one database and one environment while still giving each brand its own logo, corporate details, and order management setup. The solution helped ESG fully integrate spare parts management into its existing IT environment without changing work processes, although the case study does not provide specific numerical results.
