Brightside, a global provider of extended warranty and insurance services, was running a largely on-premise IT environment and needed a way to support an ambitious cloud migration while keeping costs down, improving resilience, and meeting client and partner security compliance requirements. The company’s growing multi-cloud setup, including its Phoenix claims management system, had become too complex for its small in-house team to manage alone, prompting Brightside to seek help from Interactive Pty Ltd and its Cloud and Managed Services.

Interactive Pty Ltd transitioned most of Brightside’s workloads into a managed multi-cloud environment across Private Cloud, AWS, and Azure, including Office 365, SQL Server, and core business systems. The result was an OPEX model, reduced infrastructure burden on Brightside’s IT team, successful AWS proof of concept testing, and a scalable platform that supported compliance, cost optimisation, and future workload flexibility.
