Case Study: NSPCC achieves unified collaboration and boosted staff engagement with Interact Software

A Interact Software Case Study

Preview of the NSPCC Case Study

The NSPCC relies on Interact to bring together employees and volunteers to help drive its mission

NSPCC, the UK’s leading children’s charity with ~2,000 staff across 50 sites, faced an aging, inflexible intranet that made finding information and social collaboration difficult during a major digital transformation. To bring distributed teams together and improve staff engagement, NSPCC selected Interact’s intranet platform (branded internally as “The Green”) to replace the legacy system.

Interact delivered a new, role-personalized intranet in eight weeks with features like Interact Search, Interact Suggest, social blogging and discussion tools, and analytics. The Green drove measurable impact: a jump of over 10,000 visits, 60+ active bloggers, 500 micro-blogs, 32 discussion groups (1,200 visits), decommissioning of 10 in‑house apps, reduced email/storage and lower IT costs—helping NSPCC share knowledge faster and boost staff engagement.
