The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), a U.S. nonprofit with distributed teams and partners, needed a mobile‑friendly, easy-to-access intranet to replace ad‑hoc email communications and speed access to critical information. ASPCA chose Interact’s intranet software to unify nationwide and cross‑departmental communications and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

Interact implemented a phased rollout (soft launch to ~100 users) and provided searchable content, FAQs, self‑service benefits enrollment and collaboration tools; as a result ASPCA achieved rapid adoption across roughly 800 employees, sustained organization‑wide communications during an email outage, reduced IT complexity (eliminating the need for a dedicated system admin), and freed staff time to focus on core animal‑protection activities.
