Leading UK Business Law Firm DWF Fosters Collaboration and Enhances Client Services with Interact

DWF, a leading UK and Ireland law firm with 12 offices and roughly 2,500 employees, faced fragmented knowledge and inconsistent internal communications after five acquisitions and five different intranets. To unify teams, improve access to legal documentation and training, and streamline compliance and billing transparency, DWF selected Interact’s out‑of‑the‑box intranet platform and launched their branded site, Rubix.

Interact delivered a branded, searchable intranet with blogs, discussion forums and homepage widgets, deployed in 11 weeks, that centralized people, documents and tools. The result: nearly all 2,500 staff regularly use Rubix; the site grew from 568 to over 1,400 pages (adding ~11 pages/day); content publishing is much faster, freeing admins for strategic work; search and mobile access improved timely client-facing work — all driven by Interact’s platform.
