The Priory Group, a leading independent provider of behavioural care in the UK treating more than 70 conditions across 500+ sites, needed a way to reach and engage non-desk-based colleagues after COVID-19 feedback showed the existing intranet only served desk-based staff. To solve this, The Priory Group worked with Interact to roll out a mobile-accessible intranet called My Priory that could deliver news, wellbeing, inclusivity and recognition content to colleagues on their personal devices.

Interact rapidly launched My Priory during the pandemic and built hubs for news, wellbeing, employee recognition and diversity networks (including LGBT+, BME and Women’s networks), while encouraging user-generated stories from site teams. The platform has enrolled thousands of new users and now supports an estimated 10,000–25,000 users across 500+ sites, increasing engagement among carers, nurses and support staff and providing essential, social and wellbeing resources that teams use daily.
