Magic Memories, a global tourism specialist founded in 1995, faced a rapid expansion that exposed the shortcomings of its legacy intranet: low engagement, fragmented regional teams and a system meeting only about 40% of staff needs after a 2016 acquisition grew the workforce from roughly 500–700 to 2,500.
