The NBA, a global sports and media business reaching 215 countries, needed a faster, more intuitive intranet to keep its large workforce informed and connected. Their previous SharePoint-based system imposed restrictive rules that didn’t fit the organisation’s dynamic, flexible working patterns, so the NBA partnered with Interact to power a new employee portal called Home Court.
