Magic Memories, a global tourism and photography company with about 2,500 employees across nine countries, faced a fragmented, low-engagement legacy intranet that only served roughly 40% of its workforce after rapid growth. To unify staff, improve training and leadership development, and strengthen brand consistency, Magic Memories partnered with Interact to build a new intranet called "Click."
Interact worked with Magic Memories on a collaborative design to deliver Click with global and regional areas, a virtual learning college, and tools for news, best practice and performance reviews. The Interact solution created a single source of truth, drove cost savings (about 50% versus the previous provider), increased visibility of new materials to more than 70% of employees, and supported a leadership program where 60% of participants were promoted within six months.
