Equinox, the luxury fitness brand with 100+ clubs and 18,000+ employees across the US, UK and Canada, needed a way to connect a widely dispersed workforce and spotlight staff to build community and brand connection. Equinox partnered with Interact to deploy an intranet solution (EQX Connect) to provide a dedicated virtual space for employee stories, cultural content and internal networking.

Interact built the “Life at EQX” content area within EQX Connect as a cultural hub to highlight employees, share milestones and connect teams. The Interact-powered intranet drove over 88,000 visits in the first year, spotlighted 200+ employees, celebrated 900 milestones, and achieved 100% adoption among hard-to-reach General Managers and Assistant General Managers, boosting engagement and supporting employee and customer retention.
