How Loma Lux Achieved a Predictable and More Efficient Ad Spend

Loma Lux Laboratories, a developer of OTC oral skin care products for acne, psoriasis, eczema, and dandruff, needed help managing Amazon advertising more predictably. Their ad spend was volatile, their previous agency couldn’t keep costs within budget, and Amazon’s native dashboard made it difficult to control spend and align campaigns across products. Intentwise built a strategy around Loma Lux’s monthly budget and brand/product priorities, using its dashboard and analytics tools to uncover missed opportunities and optimize campaigns across Amazon, including newer features like Twitch advertising. The results were strong: overall Amazon sales increased 54%, ad revenue rose 29%, ad spend grew only 12%, and ACOS improved from 59% to 38%. Product sales also surged, including 103% growth for Acne and 159% for Dandruff.
