Rental Country has used InTempo Software’s rental software, CounterPro, since 1987 to support its growth from one location and three employees to four stores and about 35 employees. As the business expanded and added more equipment rentals and sales, it needed a system that could grow with each new location and keep operations consistent.

The company uses CounterPro to update parts pricing, track inventory by serial number, monitor maintenance and ROI, and identify who signed for equipment at delivery; after a hard drive crash, InTempo Software restored the system quickly, and all four stores were back up and running by the end of the day.
