Synergy Equipment Selects Intempo To Accelerate Growth of Rental Operations

Synergy Equipment, a dealer with 13 equipment rental and sales locations across Florida and Georgia, selected InTempo’s rental ERP software to support the growth of its rental operations. Its dealership software was not designed to handle the expanding rental business, so the company needed a dedicated platform that could manage rental activities across multiple locations.

With InTempo Enterprise, Synergy Equipment gained a system for integrating with dealership software and third-party applications such as CRM and parts/service management. InTempo also gave the company greater control through maintenance and work orders, advanced reporting, cycle billing, and truck dispatch, and Synergy Equipment said the software improved customer service, increased efficiency, and made jobs easier.
