Hagemeyer North America used InTempo Software to support its Technical Services division, which rents gas detection equipment, breathing air equipment, fall protection and fire extinguishers. The company needed a better way to track rented equipment, manage inventory, and avoid manual work in rental contract billing.

InTempo Software customized Enfinity, now InTempo Core, with programs for cycle counts, warehouse loading, equipment returns, and EDI data transmissions to Hagemeyer North America’s billing system. The company said it processed 663 rental contracts last month, reduced an end-of-month billing task that used to take days, and expanded the system from the first installation to eight more rental hubs.
