Aerial Access Equipment, an aerial work platform and forklift rental specialist serving the Gulf Coast from five locations, engaged InTempo Software to address long month-end close times and gaps in staff training on their Enterprise system. Controller Fawn Robicheaux wanted to reduce the manual effort of running bookkeeping and KPI reports and improve data accuracy across AR/AP and inventory processes.

InTempo Software’s professional services consultant DeAnna Freeman conducted onsite process analysis and hands-on training, showing staff Enterprise shortcuts, automating month-end and KPI reports, and teaching prepaid item entry that generates automatic monthly journal entries. Those changes are expected to cut the roughly four hours per month spent running bookkeeping reports, reduce manual data entry and errors, and streamline future work on inventory and AP accruals.
