Facebook, a leading social media company, needed to create a global, scalable e-learning platform to teach external marketers and advertisers how to use its advertising tools effectively. Intellum worked closely with Facebook to build the flexible and engaging Blueprint platform, even adapting quickly to last-minute critical requirements to ensure an on-time launch. The solution included powerful localization for 13 languages and tools to easily add new content. As a result, Facebook Blueprint reached 2 million external learners in just 34 months, adding over 100,000 new users on average each month and sustaining high engagement with learners spending an average of 20 minutes per course. Intellum supported the platform's growth from 35 courses to over 90 comprehensive courses deployed globally.
