The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) was processing 40–60 incoming packages a day and was cataloging each one by hand, then manually entering the data later — a time-consuming process that left too much room for error. To address this, OLG engaged IntelliTrack and implemented IntelliTrack Package Track to automate package logging and tracking.

IntelliTrack’s Package Track solution, including handheld scanners and signature capture, cut the time required to log incoming packages by more than half, removed opportunities for data-entry and location errors, and provided proof of receipt (who signed for each package). OLG staff reported easier training and higher satisfaction after IntelliTrack’s deployment, with faster, more accurate package handling and clear audit trails.
