IntelliTect developed a C# command-line tool that uses Azure OpenAI to interpret document structure and reconstruct content into the appropriate Word templates. The solution automated the conversion process, significantly reducing the manual effort required. This allowed iCEV's content team to focus on reviewing materials for accuracy instead of reformatting them by hand, providing a scalable and flexible tool for both the initial migration and future template changes.
