Victor Valley College, a two-year accredited institution in Southern California, needed to digitize and secure many campus workflows—from class registration and credit-card payments to tutor requests, work orders, safety concerns and orientations. After an external security audit flagged vulnerabilities on their on-premises web server and staff struggled with manual reporting, the college looked for a hosted form solution to both close security gaps and streamline data sharing.
