Ameris Bank, a full‑service community bank with more than 60 branches across the Southeast, needed a way to streamline internal Salesforce workflows without forcing employees to log into Salesforce. Two specific needs were collecting post‑support help desk feedback and improving account referral tracking, both of which required forms that could capture data and push it directly into Salesforce records.

Lead Salesforce Developer Vincent Bartoloma implemented Formstack for Salesforce, using native forms with hidden URL parameters to populate a custom Survey object and replacing the intranet referral form with a dynamic Formstack form that auto‑creates referral records, leads or opportunities and maps key fields into Salesforce. The result: over 500 help desk surveys submitted (far more than would have been collected if users had to log in), an average of five referrals processed per day with no manual data entry, faster processing, and a scalable solution for other Salesforce workflows.
