Soap Hope is a Dallas-based nonprofit retailer founded in 2008 that sells natural products and directs 100% of its profits to programs that help poverty-stricken women become self-sufficient. As the organization grew, its small team needed a faster, easier way to collect customer feedback and build engagement without hiring developers or diverting time from selling products.
