In 2012 Director of Marketing Joseph Mitton sought an enterprise workflow automation solution that offered data security and conditional logic to reliably collect contract information and pass it to corporate.
They implemented Formstack Forms and Documents to build encrypted, logic-driven online forms that generate polished contracts and replace Excel, Word, and paper workflows. The solution now supports sales, HR, marketing, finance, and customer service—automating workflows for five departments, reducing sales time spent on non-revenue tasks, and consolidating multiple paperwork formats into a single online process.
