Twinings North America, the U.S. arm of the historic tea company, faced a slow, error-prone approval process for adding new foodservice customers: sales reps filled PDFs, emailed them for sequential signatures, and approvers often missed or delayed responses, creating manual bottlenecks and tracking headaches.
Twinings implemented Formstack forms with Approvals and Email Logic to standardize the workflow—sales submit a required-field form, approvers are automatically notified and can approve directly from email, and approver logic routes submissions to finance and other reviewers as needed. The change cut about two days from the approval cycle, eliminated difficult email threads and PDF handoffs, and has been expanded to vendor, pricing, and sample-request workflows.
