Texas Legends, the NBA G League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks, needed a better way to handle more than 5,000 ticket requests coming in through paper processes, emails, and hundreds of scattered spreadsheets. With a small staff and a growing need to improve the fan experience, they turned to Intellistack, using its Formstack platform to streamline information collection and reduce manual work.
Intellistack implemented a single form and centralized spreadsheet workflow that consolidated 200 to 300 spreadsheets into one account, automated back-end processing, and improved data accuracy. As a result, Texas Legends reduced work intensity, avoided missed ticket requests, kept staff aligned with up-to-date information, and made ticket pickup faster for fans at the door.
