Joosi Design is a small Kent-based studio founded by graphic designer Donna Martin that creates contemporary, fully customizable wedding stationery. As an online business, Joosi needed a way to offer customers a streamlined ordering experience that handled complex skip/branch logic, integrated with PayPal, and reduced the paper, fax, and mail back-and-forth that many stationers still rely on.

Joosi implemented Formstack for contact, sample, and its complicated stationery order form, using skip/branch logic, PayPal integration, automated emails/redirects, and Formstack’s data tools to track leads and popular samples. The result was a simpler, faster online ordering process that cut down on manual correspondence, improved client experience, and made form creation and management much easier for the studio.
