Willis-Knighton Health System wanted to make patient paperwork more convenient and reduce the time patients spent on onboarding. Before using Intellistack, the team had to build custom applications for each request, which took weeks of development and made it hard to implement simple, scalable solutions.

Intellistack implemented its forms and document solution to let patients complete intake data ahead of their visit and send it directly to clinic inboxes and the EHR. The rollout expanded to about 75% of clinics and cut patient paperwork time from 25–30 minutes down to about 3–5 minutes, improving convenience, data quality, and insurance verification.
