The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), the governing body for two-year collegiate athletics, needed a better way to manage membership, letters of intent, and scholarship paperwork for 500+ member colleges. Working with Intellistack, the NJCAA moved away from manual paper-based data entry and sought a digital solution using products like Forms for Salesforce, Forms, Documents, and Sign to improve accuracy and speed.

Intellistack helped the NJCAA automate its student-athlete and membership workflows by generating documents from Salesforce data and enabling digital collection of signatures through sub-accounts for each member college. As a result, NJCAA processed more than 170,000 documents in a year, improved data accuracy, increased productivity, and received positive feedback from member colleges about the easier, more streamlined process.
