LeadChat, a service that converts website visitors into sales leads via live chat, was hampered by a paper-based onboarding process that took about 33 minutes per new customer (14 minutes to fill a form, 3 to scan/email, 12 to enter CRM data, 4 to attach scans). They needed a device-friendly, multi-signature web form that was as easy to use as Wufoo but more powerful.

After adopting Formstack, LeadChat moved to e-signature web forms integrated directly with their CRM, cutting the sign-up process to about 13 minutes and removing scanning and manual data entry.
