Angie's List, a consumer reviews site, needed a way to capture leads and keep conversions during planned site downtime. They routed interested visitors to a Formstack-hosted form to collect names and email addresses. The result: conversion rates nearly matched those from the live site, and Angie's List plans further automation with ExactTarget and continued use of Formstack for shorter maintenance windows and internal IT needs.
