Fidelity Bank Streamlines Salesforce Workflows

Fidelity Bank, a community bank with more than 60 branches across metro Atlanta and Florida, relied on Salesforce for core operations but needed a simpler way to collect data without forcing employees to log into Salesforce. The bank’s key pain points were capturing internal help‑desk feedback after ticket resolution and streamlining account referrals, both of which previously required manual entry or an inconvenient workflow.

Lead Salesforce Developer Vincent Bartoloma deployed Formstack’s native Salesforce app to build survey and referral forms that pass hidden IDs and mapped fields directly into Salesforce—creating entries in a custom “Survey” object and auto‑creating referral records (and leads or opportunities when account IDs were provided). The solution eliminated manual data entry, generated over 500 help‑desk surveys, sped processing of about five daily referrals, and gave the bank better visibility and efficiency in its Salesforce workflows.
