Great Plains Brokerage, a customer in the insurance sales process, struggled with leads piling up because website form submissions had to be manually entered into Salesforce. Chelsea, the Salesforce Administrator/Project Manager for Systems, needed a way to streamline sales, reduce manual work, and minimize errors using Intellistack’s Formstack tools.
Intellistack implemented Formstack forms to send website lead data directly into Salesforce in real time, and later added Formstack Documents to generate PDFs and mail-merge documents automatically. As a result, Great Plains Brokerage reduced manual entry and human error, spotted duplicate leads more easily, responded to leads faster, and simplified multiple back-office tasks so the team could focus more time on higher-value work.
