Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), the largest community college in New Mexico serving over 22,000 students, created new credit and non‑credit programs like CNM Ingenuity to expand workforce training. CNM implemented Salesforce together with Formstack for Salesforce, using single sign‑on forms and native builders to write directly to Salesforce objects and improve record matching.
