Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), the largest community college in New Mexico serving over 22,000 students, created new credit and non‑credit programs like CNM Ingenuity to expand workforce training. With students and administrators generating data across disparate systems, CNM struggled to unify records, prevent duplicates, and track participants across multiple programs.
CNM implemented Salesforce together with Formstack for Salesforce, using single sign‑on forms and native builders to write directly to Salesforce objects and improve record matching. The result was a single system for credit and non‑credit data, fewer duplicate records, real‑time program availability on forms, and improved communication and agility for expanding student programming.
