By implementing Formstack’s Salesforce app, CNM Ingenuity automated lead capture so submissions feed directly into Salesforce and notify the correct staff member. The solution enabled real-time responses, removed manual data entry, improved first-contact data collection and funnel tracking from contact to enrollment, and allowed the team to process more than 1,800 information requests.
