This manual process created delays, frequent follow‑ups, and a poor customer experience.

TASC adopted Formstack’s suite (Formstack for Salesforce, Documents, and Conditional Logic) to build an online conditional application, automate document generation, and pull pricing from Salesforce into proposals. The new workflow turned the paper form into an automated process, produced 80+ digitized proposals in a few weeks, reduced follow‑ups and errors, and improved sales efficiency and client experience.
