In 2019, we established cooperation with one of the largest LIS programming houses in the world SCC Soft Computers. SCC is specialized in the area of laboratory information systems (LIS) for large genetic laboratories and the integration of services for healthcare organizations. The NGS data analysis pipeline for genome sequencing data developed by Intelliseq was implemented in the information system offered by SCC.
