Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance upgrades to zero-gallon hot water with Intellihot

Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance needed to upgrade the aging and unreliable water heating system at its Jackson, MS headquarters. The challenge was to replace a problematic 1000 MBH boiler and a 500-gallon storage tank with a more efficient solution that would provide reliable hot water. The vendor, Intellihot Inc., provided a solution using its iQ1001 product.

Intellihot implemented its solution by installing one iQ1001 unit, which supplies the entire 324,800 sq. ft. commercial office space with all its hot water needs without requiring a single storage tank. The results included a system with an installed capacity of 1,000,000 BTU/hr and a design that helped reduce the company's monthly gas consumption.
