Milligan College replaces 3 tanks with Intellihot to deliver hot water for 120 residents

Milligan College, a small Christian liberal arts college in Tennessee, faced a challenge with the aging water heating system in its Sutton Hall residence hall. The old storage tanks were prone to leaks and inefficiency, struggling to reliably supply hot water for the 120 residents. Intellihot was brought in to provide a new solution using their iQ251 tankless water heaters.

Intellihot installed three iQ251 units to replace the old, leaky storage tanks. This new system provides the entire building with a reliable supply of hot water without any storage capacity. The Intellihot solution delivers an installed capacity of 750,000 BTU/hr, ensuring that all the students' shower and laundry demands are met efficiently.
