The customer, a large surgical center in Ogden, UT, is a major hospital located at high altitude. They faced the challenge of needing a fail-proof and reliable water heating system capable of handling incoming groundwater as cold as 40 degrees Fahrenheit with absolutely no disruption to critical patient services. Intellihot provided the solution using their iQ1501 tankless water heaters.
