The Days Inn hotel in Nashville faced challenges with its aging water heating system, which consisted of two unreliable tankless units and a leaking 100-gallon storage tank. This equipment required constant service and could not meet peak demand. The hotel owner, Sam Patel, chose to address this by working with vendor Intellihot Inc. to install a high-efficiency tankless solution.

Intellihot Inc. installed three iQ251 wall-hung units with a total capacity of 750,000 BTU/hr. This new system provided the necessary redundancy and ample capacity for the 44-room hotel. The solution delivered significant results, achieving a 40% reduction in the property's average gas consumption while eliminating the previous reliability issues.
