Culligan, a water bottle cleaning plant, needed highly durable tankless water heaters that could heat deionized water for its heavy-duty cleaning process. The challenge was finding a solution with a very small footprint that could handle this demanding application without the failures associated with standard copper heat exchangers.

Intellihot provided the solution by installing two cascaded iQ251D water heaters with stainless steel heat exchangers. This Intellihot system met the plant's daily demand for deionized hot water instantly and reliably, while its compact installation freed up valuable floor space in the new facility.
