On Course Golf, Australia’s largest pro-golf shop network with 200 PGA Professional and Golf Club members, needed to expand into digital channels by building a proprietary marketplace. They faced challenges around streamlining product data uploads, integrating member POS systems like XPOS, and keeping product, stock and sales data accurate across multiple webshops. To solve this they partnered with Intelligent Reach, using Intelligent Reach’s Product Data Management and Marketplace Management capabilities and IR’s pre-built integration to Marketplacer.
Intelligent Reach built a custom integration that centralized and automated product, stock and sales syncing from members’ POS systems into the marketplace, automatically populated supplier products for members to select, and enabled real-time inventory updates. The result—powered by Intelligent Reach—was Australia’s first golf marketplace, supporting ~1,800 SKUs across 200 members, eliminating manual uploads, improving stock accuracy and creating a seamless online/offline shopper journey.
