Endeavour Group (EDG), Australia’s largest retail drinks network operating Dan Murphy’s and BWS, faced major product feed problems after BWS joined the group: inaccurate and incomplete product data, stock discrepancies, and frequent Google Merchant Centre (GMC) warnings and disapprovals. To address this, EDG turned to Intelligent Reach — leveraging the Intelligent Reach platform that Dan Murphy’s had successfully used since 2018, including Data Management, Google Regional Availability & Pricing (RAAP), Local Inventory Ads and Experiments modules.
Intelligent Reach implemented automated feed rules, channel-specific optimisations, RAAP regional pricing/availability and store-level inventory integrations, plus ongoing experiments to refine titles, images and descriptions. The results were immediate and measurable: a ~40% reduction in GMC disapprovals and ~30% more products live, and three-month post-integration vs prior improvements of +152% impressions, +182% clicks, +275% conversion rate and +314% ROAS; during Cyber Week FY25 feed optimisations also delivered +63% traffic and +10% revenue year-over-year.
