Missguided, a fast-growing online fashion retailer, struggled to create and manage product feeds in-house and was not fully utilising key online marketing channels. In October 2013 they engaged Intelligent Reach to create, optimise and maintain feeds and to provide its proprietary reporting platform for cross-channel performance tracking and product-level insights.

Intelligent Reach implemented end-to-end feed management (Google Shopping, affiliate, re‑targeting, mobile app and on-site optimisation), continual bid and product-level optimisation, title and data improvements, and a bespoke reporting interface. As a result, Product Clicks rose by 16% per month on average, Revenue and Orders increased by 17% per month on average, and average ROAS was consistently 20% above Missguided’s target.
