Fragrance Direct, an online retailer of discounted perfumes and beauty products operating since 1999, was struggling with un-optimised, internally created product feeds and in-house CSE management that limited agility and profitable ad spend. To address this, they engaged Intelligent Reach and adopted the IR platform along with the vendor’s feed creation, optimisation and algorithmic product-listing services to enable richer, more frequent feed updates and data-driven decision making.

The results: average ROAS increased by 28% month-on-month, average CPA fell by 9% per month, costs decreased 3% MoM, revenue rose 9% MoM and overall profitability improved by 6% MoM.
