Auto8 Made Its Mark on Multiple Marketplaces

Auto8, an Australian automotive parts retailer managing about 118,000 SKUs, needed to centralise multiple data sources (PartsDB, TecAlliance), edit and optimise a huge product catalogue, and stop relying on spreadsheets and manual workflows that caused inaccurate marketplace feeds and low visibility. They turned to Intelligent Reach and its modules (Product Data Management, Marketplace Management and Unlimited Feeds) to tackle integration, fitment mapping and channel-specific feed requirements.

Intelligent Reach implemented master integrations with PartsDB, TecAlliance, Unleashed and Starshipit, built customised data rules and automated feed optimisation and inventory controls, enabling accurate fitment mapping and seamless listings across channels. As a result, Intelligent Reach helped Auto8 list on five marketplaces plus Google Shopping (and expand into TradeMe NZ), eliminate manual errors at scale, streamline management of ~118,000 SKUs and significantly improve marketplace visibility and sales performance.
