The Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ) is a not-for-profit membership-based organisation supporting almost 80 local councils in Queensland, Australia. Before adopting IntelligenceBank’s Digital Asset Management system, the Communications team was dealing with thousands of photos, videos, and graphics spread across multiple storage methods, making assets hard to find and slowing requests, media kit preparation, and content sharing.

IntelligenceBank centralised and organised LGAQ’s digital assets so approved stakeholders, media, and external partners could access curated collections through shared links and controlled permissions. The platform also enabled metadata, tagging, direct uploads, and Adobe integration, helping the business check the DAM first and reducing asset requests while improving media engagement and same-day social posting from event galleries.
